Does anyone else have fulfllments of prophecies to tell us about concerning...?
You do realize the the New Testament writers borrowed verses from the Old Testament. There are no prophecies in the Old Testament about Jesus. Had Isaiah said the Messiah would have red puffy clown hair, the NT writers would have wrote Jesus had red puffy clown hair. That is not prophesy coming true. The best example that I can give is Matthew 1:23 says the birth of Jesus was a fulfillment of Isaiah 7:14, but when you read Isaiah 7 and 8 you soon learn the child was Isaiah's and was meant as a sign for King Ahaz 700 years before the supposed birth of Jesus. Matthew lied and clearly had knowledge of the passage from Isaiah 7:14 even going so far as to say Jesus would be called Emmanuel just like in Isaiah.
