Why do i feel a sorrowful pain in my chest?

sometimes i feel a weird pain in my chest, it's like pain mixed in with sorrow. lol. it's weird, but i get em sometimes and it just makes me wonder why i get them sometimes. haha, well if it's any help, i am dealing/recovering from depression and well yeah =)
