do you mean an exact version as in it's romeo and juliet in modern-day language? because most copies of the books now have the shakespearean language on one page and it translated into modern-day english on the other page. is that what you're looking for? or are you looking for a modern-day romeo and juliet? because if that's what you're looking for, its not that hard to find. Almost every book has references to or is based off of Shakespeare or the Bible. So, many romance stories have a plot line similar to Romeo and Juliet. examples: West Side Story, Twilight Saga (ew)..... ect.....
