Could end up homeless.. Bad situation need help asap please?

My mom hasn't been going to work, getting a sick note for depression like everyday. Well the dr. extended her note to go back to work today and she said oh i'm definitly going back, and no surprise, she didn't. I'm 17 years old and pregnant, my boyfriend has been living with us and helping with bills, and us three have been living in my sister, her fiance, and their son's home. My mom pays like $600 every 2 weeks and since she hasn't gone to work, she has no money for anything, even negative bank account. This is frustrating me because she seems fine everyday before she goes to work and even today hasn't seemed depressed at all. My dad won't help out at all and said since i'm pregnant he won't put up with me. We want to get an apartment by getting a loan and she actually goes back to work. This is stressing me so bad right now though, knowing i might have to move to my boyfriends home state, Missouri, when i love and call my home New Jersey. Does anyone have suggestions on what to do, i can't stand Missouri and don't want to go there, but i don't know what loan my mom could get approved for quickly.Please help, i will end up homeless by the end of this month, Until we have enough money to go to Missouri and end up stressed out there. Also, i'm not looking for attention or sorrow, i'm looking for advice quickly, so i get some sort of money or loan by the end of this mnonth.
